Shortbread

8oz  (220 g )butter         4 oz (110g)  cornflour
4oz (110g) icing sugar    8 oz (220g) flour
1/2 tsp  Salt

Soften butter.  Add sifted dry ingredients and mix in a Food Processor. Tip mixture onto bench top and knead well.  Cut into 24 squares (not too thin).  

Prick with fork and bake at 125°C  for approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
