Pavlova

Pre heat oven 175°C  

3 large egg whites (room temperature)                           
2 small cups of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp  brown vinegar
1/2 tsp  Salt
4 Tbsp boiling water (scant)
2 Tbsp cornflour

1 tsp baking powder.

 

Put ingredients except corn flour and baking powder into cake mixer bowl. Mix together and leave 15 – 20 minutes don’t beat.  

Then beat till thick 5 – 10 minutes.  

Fold in 2 Tbsp cornflour and 1 tsp baking powder.  Line a tray or tin with baking paper.  Don’t flatten.  

Bake in 175°C oven for 15 minutes then turn oven off and leave Pavlova till cold.
